Hoy en los países anglosajones, que no se enteran de nada, celebran el Día de los Inocentes. Desde luego, entiendo que no traduzcan el nombre: ese hatajo de paranoicos no podría llamar inocente ni a su padre (sí, este era el chiste Bush). Con sus guerras preventivas, su segunda enmienda (preventiva), su pena de muerte (preventiva) y el veto en su día a la resolución de la ONU que hubiera obligado a todos los estados (el suyo inclusive) a someterse a las leyes internacionales (preventivíssssimo), hablamos de una gente para los que inocente es el niño Jesús, y solo si está pintao.

Ya podrían aplicarse el cuento nuestros fools patrios. Si en lugar de aprender las cosas malas de las perniciosas compañías que se gastan, el señor Aznar y sus Ladillas se pusiesen a comprender el concepto de prevención, quizá los españoles pudiesemos vivir un poquito mejor. ¿Se imaginan? Un país donde no solo no se trabase, sino que además se ayudase a la investigación científica, para prevenir cosas. Un país donde el aborto fuese libre (es fácil para cualquiera prever que a quien va a parir será un niño a quien su madre a) no querrá; b) no podrá alimentar y c) acabaría ahogandolo en la bañera).

El desarrollo de las fuentes de energía renovables, preventivo del seguro final que algún día tendrán las no renovables. Educación preventiva, que haga que los niños el día de mañana salgan del colegio sabiendo leer, escribir y un par de fruslerías más que les ayuden a discernir, por lo menos, a quién les conviene votar. Pensiones preventivas, para que no se mueran de hambre los que estén en cercanía indefectible de la muerte. Sanidad preventiva, que consistiría en dar trabajo a tantos médicos hoy parados como realmente exija la demanda de la sociedad. Justicia preventiva, que sea capaz de encarcelar a un tirano domiciliario no a la vigésima denuncia por malos tratos y final remate con gasolina, sino a la primera vez que se le ocurriese levantar la mano. Pero no, los españoles no tenemos el April's fool, tenemos a gente muy lista (lista para llenarse los bolsillos de lo que haga falta: desde el dinero hasta la mierda, indiscriminadamente sean propios o ajenos).

Así que todo lo que he sugerido hoy aquí era una broma, un chiste, el pensamiento de alguien muy inocente. Felicitadme el 28 de diciembre.
