Dentro de unos diez moldes para madalenas, extiende una capa de chocolate derretido (especial para postres) pero no lo mezcles con mantequilla, como se suele hacer con los pasteles, porque al enfriar no tendrá la misma consistencia. Después de extenderlo, mételo en la nevera unos minutos (un ratito pequeño) y después, vuelve a extender más chocolate, hasta formar una capa más o menos gruesa dentro de los moldes. Mientras lo mantienes otro rato en la nevera, saca el helado de turrón del congelador (en tarrina es muy cómodo) y bátelo a mano para que se descongele lo suficiente y puedas rellenar las tartaletas. Una vez rellenas, ponlas en el congelador una hora y quítale el papel antes de servirlas.
Para el relleno de chocolate es recomendable usar un pincel, y para el helado, una cuchara. Y por supuesto, puedes cambiar el helado de turrón por otro sabor. Sobre el helado, y antes de congelarlo, quedan muy bien los fideos de chocolate.
