Presión
Éste iba a ser un post personal e intimista, donde pensaba desgranar mis circunstancias actuales y mis sentimientos hacia los que me rodean y hacia mí mismo, como me vienen pidiendo en los últimos tiempos. Pero me parece que lo voy a tener que dejar para una mejor ocasión.
Precisamente cuando empezaba este post, entraba por la puerta del despacho un cliente al que han demandado por dejar de pagar un cheque. La cantidad es “casi” irrisoria y las razones para no pagarlo muy personales y circunstanciales.
No voy a entrar aquí en la discusión sobre si dejar de pagar ese cheque está bien o mal, que sus razones las tenía el buen hombre, aunque le han fallado las formas. Pero si que voy a criticar su actitud después de recibir la demanda, pues recibió la notificación hace unos días, pero por desidia lo ha ido dejando pasar y hoy se ha acordado al verla encima de la mesa.
Teniendo en cuenta que el plazo para responder a este tipo de demandas o consignar el pago requerido es de 10 días, y que vence este miércoles, es decir, pasado mañana, Me deja con día y medio para conseguir la documentación necesaria para adjuntar a mi contestación de la demanda, que justifique porque no se ha pagado el cheque –ni se va a pagar- y presentarla ante el juzgado. –Y ya si queda medianamente coherente me voy a tomar un copazo a mi salud, que me lo habré ganado.
Y encima, convencer al cliente para que haga poder para el procurador y me ingrese mi provisión de fondos.
¿He dicho que me encanta trabajar bajo presión?
