Tal y como anoche hablaba con una amiga actriz porno (cosa no relevante para la finalidad de este post), es normal que unos seamos más sensibles a otras cosas que otros, unos se emocionan en el fútbol y otros nos emocionamos leyendo historias que a cualquier hincha de fútbol le parecerían estúpidas. El caso es que hace bien poco me contaron un cuento que me emocionó mucho. No sé si porque conocía a los protagonistas desde hace tiempo, o porque forman parte de mi trabajo, el cual, creo que ya he dicho alguna que otra vez, ADORO. La gran mayoría de la gente que no se dedica a lo que yo me dedico, no encontrará ni pies ni cabeza al cuento, pero es normal, a no todos nos gusta el fútbol, ni en lo que trabajamos.

Lo vería al salir del trabajo. Tenía muchas ganas de encontrarse con él después de todos estos años. Se dejó caer puntual en el lugar que habían quedado, y ahí estaba él, de pie, esperando. ¿El Señor Gothic? preguntó. Sí, y tú eres Bodoni, ¿no? Al fin nos conocemos. Llámeme Franklin, dijo la grotesca. Gracias, lo sabía, eres mi tipo de hombre. ¿Por? preguntó él. Bueno, ya sabes: tienes esa sencillez que nosotras no tenemos. ¿Perdón? contestó el grandullón sin serifa. Me refiero a la típica franqueza de los norteamericanos, contestó ella. Mmm... Tu constitución, por ejemplo, habla del enfoque pragmático de las cosas que tenéis en vuestro país, la manera de solventar los problemas, el modo en que os relacionáis con un espacio tan grande. Mira esos rascacielos tan altos, los largos puentes, los tirajes grandes. En realidad, continuó ella, allí de donde vengo los tamaños son diferentes. Sí, pero espera. Ambas tipografías pasearon un rato más, charlando acerca de su trabajo; después, cada uno se fue por su lado: Bodoni debía acostarse, pues al día siguiente tenía un pase de moda. Por su parte, Franklin también tenía que levantarse temprano para preparar los escalofriantes titulares de alguna portada de noticias.
Ambas eran dos grandes tipos.

en mi profesión yo diria q es el diseño libre y sin censuras contra todas las barreras arquitectónicas y normas de construcción :S q se le va a hacer, como en todos los amores imposibles... hay q aprender a vivir con ello.
