Ilusion

No se muy bien cuando la perdi.
A decir verdad lo recuerdo perfectamente. Fue cuando Bea me destrozo mi linux sin tocar mi portatil. Habia estado eones configurando hasta la ultima pijada. Tenia una debian con enlightenment perfectamente configurada. El vmware tiraba perfectamente emulando una maquina virtual con windows. Era preciosa. Las terminales transparentes hacian que se viera el fondo de escritorio de magna carta mientras te movias en linea de comandos. Digna del nebuccanizer. Con la potencia y el minucioso calibrado de un ferrari. Y la destrozo con solo mirarla.

Segmentation fault. No arrancaba. Mi parte racional dice que fue al instalar XP en la otra particion cuando todo se fue a la mierda. Pero yo se que mi parte racional está equivocada. Se que fue Bea.

Mi mundo se derrumbó en un instante. El delicado castillo de naipes que me habia llevado meses crear fue destruido al quitarle el velo para mostrarlo al mundo. No tenía sentido tanto trabajo perdido.

Asi que abandoné.

Debe haber pasado casi un año desde entonces. Durante este año muchos me habreis oido renegar de linux, de la informática, y de todo cuanto depende de la electricidad para funcionar.

No more.

He tardado en curar mis heridas, pero mi ilusion ha vuelto.
Fue gracias al adaptador de red de playstation2. Si se podía meter un cd en la play y jugar al instante y sin ningun esfuerzo contra gente de todo el mundo. Si se podía apagar al instante en cuanto te cansaras y no se estropeaba nada. Si solo la teniamos los pocos elegidos. Si realmente me divertia hablando con la gente de mi equipo en el socom por los cascos usb. Merecia la pena la informatica. Merecia la pena morir. Merecia la pena matar. Merecia la pena ir al infierno.

La informática de verdad podía funcionar. Solo había que saber lo suficiente. No me había equivocado de carrera.

Así q tu ilusión ha vuelto, q envidia, ojalá otros pudieramos decir lo mismo! Yo no sé cuando perdí la mía... tal vez tuvo la culpa aquel profesor que en primero de carrera, cuando todos aún pensabamos que nos comeriamoss el mundo y que llegaríamos a formar parte del star system del panorama audiovisual español, nos dijo que lo más lejos que podriamos llegar profesionalmente sería, en el mejor de los casos, a una sala de repicado... o quizá ese otro, que ante nuestras quejas acerca del panorama laboral nos dejó a todos patidifusos con aquello de "pero q kieren ustedes! es normal que no tengan trabajo, si es q ya estudian hasta los hijos de los obreros" en fin, sobran comentarios! aunque evidentemente en ese momento todos supimos de quién era él hijo...
El caso es que dices bueno, ya no me queda nada de carrera, me quito esto cuanto antes y a trabajar... y la cuestión es que el panorama no es mucho más alentador. Prensa o radio? si no tienes contactos, despídete; y no cualquier contacto, aquí no vale aquello del primo de la tía de mi vecino, o tienes el mejor de los contactos o apaga y vámonos! Televisión? pues más de lo mismo; en cualquier caso, y ya sólo por cuestión de ética personal, me niego a formar parte del circo mediático en el que se ha convertido. Internet? no gracias; hacer contenidos para un portal de Internet es la auténtica castración del periodista: rigor=0, creatividad=0, deontología, vamos, ni saben lo que es! una buena escuela, eso sí, donde poner en práctica todo aquello que siempre te dijeron que no se debía hacer.
Y luego dices tú que creiste haberte equivocado de carrera? yo en mi caso, no lo creo, lo afirmo; el día que decidí estudiar periodismo seguro que me había dado mucho el sol en la cabeza.
Ante esto, sólo se me ocurre una cosa... dinamitar el sistema (poco viable, lo sé, pero la única solución que veo por el momento), en cualquier caso se aceptan sugerencias, claro!

XDDD estoy con el naranjo ese, cada vez q veo a camps me doy cuenta de lo incompetente que se puede llegar a ser en esta vida, si alguna vez acabo asi, me ire a vivir al monte para no molestar a nadie con mi ineptitud y muñonez. Eso si tambien esta claro q sabiendo lo suficiente todo funciona, pero es posible controlar hasta el minimo detalle y no delegar en nadie nada (que podria joderlo), y asumir toda la responsabilidad uno mismo??? si eso es posible, es posible todo...

El ordenador es una especie de maquina para desarrollar ideas, me refiero a cuando sabes usarlo. Con los conocimientos necesarios puedes crear cosas de la nada con el unico limite de tu propia imaginacion. Si algo funciona mal, es porque lo diseñaste mal, no pensaste en todas las cosas que pueden pasar o simplemente eres un melon. Asi que por mi parte, no pienso perder nunca la ilusion, a persar de profesores, trepas e informaticos de palo.
