Hoy ha sido un dia tonto.. me levante y fui a kungfu. Hicimos una especie de gimkana donde ibas rulandote por fases distintas y en cada fase tenias que hacer un ejercicio (5 SNT,Kicking the poles, walking on the poles, working out with the new guy, CK & the pain stick), duro de 12 a 2.
A casa, a comer, alan y yo vimos el partido de futbol americano de iowa contra ohio, perdimos pero estuvo divertido. Lave la pila de platos que habia que lavar, hice 33 SNT y luego sali a ver que habia por la noche iowana que la recordaba bastante movida. Desgraciadamente no habia nada aun asi que me pase por la tienda de libros a comprar el libro de Bart y pa casa. Me he puesto drunken master de jackie chan y una vez hecho el blog me ire a la cama I suppose..

El pain stick es algo muy divertido a la vez que doloroso. Consiste en atar una pesa de un kilo a una cuerda y al otro extremo un palo. Hay que subir y bajar la pesa a base de enrollar la cuerda en el palo con los brazos estirados :)
De momento no me he decidido montar un grupo terrorista de hacking, a si que los Naranjitos Boys no existen.
