VTT day eleven: 8 hour workout

Hoy me levante a las 6:30 para el entrenamiento especial de las 7. Resulta que Sifu y alguna gente queria ir al partido de futbol americano de hoy, asi que pusieron una clase especial para los que no pudieran asistir a la de las 11.

Al final el entrenamiento de hoy me duro 8 horas!
Empece con los de las 7 hasta las 10, luego nos fuimos a desayunar algo por ahi y despues volvimos hasta las 2, y de 2 a 3 me quede yo con Andrew solos haciendo Chi Sao. Hoy he aprendido un cojon!

Resulta que pegarle a alguien un punietazo con todas tus fuerzas no es tan facil como pudiera parecer en un principio.. estuve entrenando con Andrew a pegar fuerte en Chi Sao y mis punios no le empujaban apenas.. parecia como si tuviera musculos de mantequilla... el sin embargo con cada punio me destruye, y eso que no me esta pegando con todas sus fuerzas para no hacerme demasiado danio..

El resto del dia ha ido fluido, me eche una siesta despues de comerme un platao de spaguettis con atun y salsa especial y cuando me levante me vi Leon El profesional, una peli de Luc Besson muy chula..

De pronto se me ocurrio que habia un libro que queria leer: "The Te of Piglet" un libro sobre Taoismo del mismo autor que "The Tao of Pooh" asi que me fui a la tienda y me lo compre ($13) Ahora mientras cenaba me lo estoy devorando.. se lee muy bien y es muy entretenido de momento. Tras escribir el blog probablemente me vaya a la cama y siga leyendo :)

Pobrecitos mis Sidai espanioles cuando vuelva... me temo que van a sufrir... :p
