El jueves por la mañana me levanté y decidí apagar mi ordenador para que descansara un rato. Craso error. Cuando volví tras las clases, mi padre me informó de que el puñetero módem USB de TISCALI no se podía conectar.
Admito que no me preocupé. Prácticamente desde que me apunté a Tiscali (y ya van casi dos años) tengo continuos problemas con la conexión. Desde el primer día, la conexión se corta cuando se descuelga o cuelga el teléfono (y todavía ningún técnico de la compañía ha venido a averiguar el por qué). La velocidad deja muchísimo que desear, porque no es que no alcance la de cualquier ADSL normal, es que hubo un mes en el que iba MÁS lento que una conexión normal a Internet. Además, de todos los mal llamados "extras" (llamar por teléfono desde el ordenador, por ejemplo) que nos ofrecieron a la hora de contratarnos, no funciona NINGUNO. Y estamos pagando más de 40€ al mes.
El problema vino cuando a lo largo del jueves seguía sin conectarse. Mi padre llamó unas tres o cuatro veces (pagando él la llamada, claro) y cada vez le daban una versión distinta. Finalmente, le echaron la culpa a Telefónica, prometiendo que en 72 horas laborables el problema estaría arreglado...
El culebrón acabó felizmente esta tarde. Vuelvo a tener Internet, sí (y a tiempo, porque el viernes tengo que entregar un trabajo sobre un yacimiento, y el profe nos ha dicho que busquemos la información en la Red), pero Tiscali tiene en mi casa los días contados. Estamos esperando para contratar una conexión experimental, más rápida que los ADSL y más barata (al menos, seguro que más barata que Tiscali) que no necesita conexión a la línea telefónica. No sé cómo funcionará el invento, pero, estoy segura, peor que ahora no nos puede ir.
Hola wapa! ya veo que no soy el unico con problemas. La conexion que dices experimental es la electrica verdad? Yo ya me informe y en Madrid aun no estan con las pruebas en cambio en barcelona si. Bueno, es un poco más rápida y lo bueno es que va con electricidad... y si s eva la luz? XDDDD, na es broma, espero que vaya a mejor. Un besin!

Por cierto, en mi zona hay muchísimos apagones, así que les tendré que preguntar si eso es fiable (claro que... si no hay electricidad... no hay ordenador... así que no hay Internet xDDD (al menos hasta que tengamos un portátil xD)).
